Frozen in time

I came across this photo the other day:

If you haven’t read this post HERE you need too. It instantly made me think of that post and story I wrote about. I mean first off the historical relevance of this in astonishing, but when I saw it all I could think about was if she actually woke up. Like what would she do? It has been 500 years, just like my story. I could not believe this at all and wanted to create her story further. She is an offering for what? Take the historical Inca Empire out of it, what would she be sacrificed for? Maybe an alien life form came and as life on Earth developed further they decided who would live and die base don who they treated each other. The whole time we think they are the villains, when it was us all along. That was strangely deep.

She chose to be sacrificed with the promise of her lover to save her, only she wakes up 500 years into the future to find out he betrayed her. However, later on we find out he saved her not betrayed her! 

Note: I was told I have a great “problem” I don’t have writers block…… My problem is I cannot stop coming up with ideas long enough to write about ONE. I’m working on it….. or all of them all the time!

Any thoughts come to mind for you when you see this 15 year old perfectly preserved mummy that could be an untold story?
